It's called Subpac and it's a wearable devices that straps on to your body and let's you feel sub bass with out anybody else hearing it. May be a bit gimmicky though, and not too cheap either. The preorders are $299.

That's really cool, if only there was a Behringer knockoff.

I can totally max out the bass w/software and headphones, but I can't feel it.
