Glitch in RC 2.5?

I just downloaded the full demo of RapidComposer & was playing around in the composition window, according to the 1st tutorial on MusicDevelopments website. Somewhere in the process of trying to drag on the chord line to expand/contract a section, I hit something that highlighted the timeline in purple. Even though I clicked on it & eventually the purple disappeared, all it will do now is play a fragment of the drum track, a couple beats over & over endlessly. I went into History & clicked Undo but it kept saying Invalid File something. So I removed everything in History, but it still is stuck repeating the same little fragment of the drum track, & the piano & bass lines aren't playing. What gives? This looks like such a deep piece of software, there are so many variables I don't know what I did or didn't do to cause this, & how to fix it?

You are right, this is a bug that was fixed today.
As a workaround, open the timeline inspector (right click on timeline), and write 0 as the region start and region stop position.
A bug fix update will be posted in a few days.
