I got Minimoog V Original during the promotion on the World Music Day and I love its sound but I still couldn't use it, unfortunately.

It needs some minutes to load and then it only loads one bank, some presets and these are repeated multiple times in the preset pop-up menu.

I cannot load all my preset banks that I've put into the folder. When I click the arrow at "Banks", nothings shows up...

Any idea how to get the preset browser working accurately? Because I love the sound and I'd like to use it...

Unfortunately, the Minimoog V Original does not allow for online or telephone support.

The best is to use the MINI V.

I don't even have an Arturia account - as far as I know the Minimoog V Original could be downloaded after entering only the email address.

Can it still be updated to the Minimoog V?
