I have emailed twice and waited many days but have not heard back. I am asking about a license transfer so maybe he doesn't like that?

Surely it doesn't matter if it is in their support section. They could at least reply to say we are (a) busy, (b) don't like what you said, (c) just feel apathetic toward customers in general, (d) all of the above. I'd vote for busy doing something at the moment.

in fact it says ". If you feel you should have a transfer option on a particular product, but you do not, please write us and we'll sort it out."

In the last months i sent them 2 e-mails and never got a reply either.
It was about knowing if Kombinat DVA woudl get an update with their newer preset system.

I mailed a refund request last week and got no answer, too. Good to hear though that I'm not the only one who got no answer

I emailed Chris about a transfer request during his sale,it took him a while but he did get back to me.He apologised about the length of time it took him to respond saying it was because he had just had one of the biggest sales.

Yeah so was I when I purchased Adverb second hand I never had the option within my account.So I mailed Chris about this and he just went on to say that I currently don't own any products and the Adverb in my account was just hanging around

Anyway in the end,after he said sorry ,he told me just to send him the new owners email and he would transfer it.

Just to add my voice - i emailed them twice about a 32 bit version of one of their plugins that wasn't recognised in 32 bit reaper(probably about a year ago now) and i never got a reply. Since then i've been using the 64 bit version in 64 bit reaper, which works fine, but i wasn't very happy that there wasn't even acknowledgement from them.
