You can have multiple free Soundcloud accounts I think. What can be tricky is transferring the following you get on one account to the other

About SC, is it possible to "reblog" tracks from other people even with no time left? If so, then you can reblog the tracks from your new account on the old one.

I've got a fairly sizeable cheap hosting account with GoDaddy, so everything I do goes there now. Of course, no one finds it .

I cant believe SC would allow a hole that could affect monetizing.
If it does work, I will probably stop using a paid page...
