OK not a huge "EDM" fan but for the first time I am listening to a whole album by Faithless (Reverence) instead of just Insomnia, there are a few tracks I find myself enjoying, particularly this one which is beautiful. Anything else like this I should check out?

not the same thing as edm is such a big umbrella but you can try

underworld - dubnobasswithmyheadman... - second toughest in the infants - beacoup fish
some interesting twists on the edm sound imo

Irreverence (Faithless's own remix album of that album).

Faithless, mid-late 90s, pretty much had a style to themselves. I could suggest other artists around the same time, eg Chicane, but tbh you'll be hard pressed to find something where opera singing is combined with laidback rap, anthemic synth lines and house beats.

Stephen: Afrika Shox is from the subsequent album Rhythm and Stealth.
Rhythm and Stealth is a very good album, but Leftism is the classic.
