Cyclop invalid

Hi there, It's telling me that cyclop is invalid but I'm sure I entered the serial correctly. Does anyone know any other reason why this might be hapenning? Thanks

Have you soloed the cyclop channel?
Do you have a preset loaded?
Check volume settings on various bits and pieces ( amp, audio interface)
Top of my head stuff.

Maybe you have to exit cyclop and restart it.
A couple of 'em do that.
Try that and if it doesn't work you may have talk to tech support
