IVCS3 - Not in the American store yet...

--The new IVCS3 app is out but not for us! The Synthi AKS was my first synth and I'm really looking forward to getting this but it seems like someone decided to let another country have it first. I've never understood why they do that with some apps, anybody know the reason?
