could someone upload the init patch / bank that comes with the MS20 legacy edition...

You can get the init bank + many other useful banks if you log in your account in Korg user net. In the download section, scroll down and you will find some banks for all the legacy synths.
I think even if you are demoing it, you can still download the banks.
