I'm very fond on Music. I play on Yamaha DGX, Roland arranger BK-7M, Ketron Midjay+.
Working on Music computer needs a lot of work but it's very usefull.
The end of XP support need to update your OS. So your old software working on XP, doesn't work anymore if you will install Win 7 or higher.
A solution if you have only one PC, is to make a selectable boot with two drives (one for XP, the other for Win 7) and it works fine.
Another solution is to run an XP on Win 7 with a virtual machine but you need more memory ...
