I am making orchestral music and I have some of it on YouTube. This is my best track: It sounds pretty good to me and I think people would like it if they knew about it. I'm basically just starting out. So my question is: How do I spread the word about my music without spamming? I don't like spamming. Are there any specific ways I can share my music on YouTube or SoundCloud? Or any other website? Thanks for the help in advance.

Not into orchestral music at all, but maybe there is any kind of free distribution platform for that genre?
i.e. for psytrance we have the ektoplazm net-label. They release tons of free sounds every month and are very popular across the psy community. So best way to get your tunes out to others is spending couple of $$$ for mastering and releasing it on ektoplazm, will bring 2-3k plays just out if interest from others, even if your sounds completely sucks..

I've heard DJ Mixes where the DJ mentioned his name in one song at least 10 times. But that might be a bit annoying in orchestral tracks...

There are at least 100 music distribution portals (like Bandcamp) but I cannot recall all their names. Anyway, one tip: Grooveshark has great artist accounts, and you can even make your own profile page and get many statistics!
