I think you need to adjust a setting in Fruityloops itself. If you open up the VST window and look in the upper left corner you will see a small arrow that when clicked gives you a drop down menu. Tick the option that says 'allow program editing'. Now select the preset you want to rename and then choose 'rename program' from the same drop down menu. That's it. Now save your preset and it will include the new name
