Is there a plugin I can use to balance a stereo track?

This is for when I send audio out to a stereo hardware processor - that has individual gain level make-up on channel A and B...I usually match by ear - but its not a very exact science...would quite like to be able to measure it accurately with a plugin...

thanks for the replies...

The StereoeretS looks cool but its just got a phase meter and whilst that looks useful its still a bit all over the place when trying to centre a signal...I have the TRacks CS which has that built in...

There must be a plugin that shows more accurately where in the panorama the centre balance is?

Im on mac and none of those other plugins help as I understand it - phase correlation meters...

It indeed HAS a correlation meter, but it IS a stereo management tool:
Stereo Tool features ultra precise control of input gain and individual pan for left and right channels. A phase inverter is available on each channel. Global stereo pan and stereo width settings are also implemented to complete the management of the stereo signal.
Besides the correlation meter it has a few more metering options on board:
Stereo Tool also offers accurate visual feedback reflecting the signal content. A vector scope display, PPM meters for both inputs and outputs, and a phase correlation meter permanently monitor the signal.
It is (and has been for years) my primary go-to tool for stereo-field adjustment and measurement :D

why not just feed your hardware processor a 1Khz tone
look at the return of your soundcard with your Daw's Meter ?

this is assuming your hardware has a Led or screen
with indication of the volume its receiving the tone

u want gain staging not Spectral & phase metering
If your plugin is a Synth-edit/synth-maker creation, Say So.
If not Make a Mac version of your Plugins Please.
