Havent figured out how to use "fade in / fade out" on my Live Lite 6 yet. Creating an audio track, been trying to create that classic sound-fading / rising. With no luck yet. Thanks for info.

How about reading the manual first? There are topics about automation.
Besides, I used Live 6 back in 2007, get yourself Live 9

After you record to arrangement. Go to the right side of the screen and select volume. The double click and make dots on the line in the track arrangement view on the line that goes across. Make a straight line works and angle it down.
You can also do this is Sessions view but I think at this point that might be too advanced.
Check out Ableton tutorials.
