Thanks for the info.

I hope the upgrade from VS-1 to VS-2 will be as cheap as from VA-1 to VA-2

Is VS-2 capable of real orchestral strings? Wallander WIVI needs a PM string counterpart.

I just hope the GUI isn't as small as VA-2

Official Mails are not going out Musical Gym
The information was that the the update will come in June and when I see this already on JRR I think they will release it very very soon

The GUI: I demand them already and the answer was: it's bigger than the VA-2 GUI ;)

VS 1 isn't - there are some attempts at orchestral strings but not convincing. I hope this isn't just another "update" on the order of UA2 which is really just a reskinned UA1 with a few new fx and a worse GUI but no significant changes to the sound engine (maybe just a few new fx).

Maybe also official release this week if JRR already has it on stock

Personal I don't think that VS-2 will be that fat orchestral string emulation. For synth strings there is better use the Gforce String Machine.
I think they will only update it with 64 Bit support for OSX and Win , new GUI, new Effects and little new features. If they demand again 29 Dollar to the users for update in the intro period, it's a pretty good deal.
