Lead Sheet/Songwriting Software?

I'm looking for a good way to manage lead sheets. I'm talking about the simple variety that are very popular for pop/rock songs. Minimally, they include lyrics and chord notations above the lyrics. More advanced versions might include guitar chord symbols at the top of the page. In general,I don't need melody lines, although, that ability might be useful from time to time.

The way I do it now is very old school, it's sheets of paper on a music stand in my studio. I want to be able to create a nice database of songs that I like to perform and to be able to quickly add new lead sheets. Even better if it can import them from the various web pages that host such things, or at the very list, from a simple text version of the lead sheet. Once imported/created, I'd like to be able to transpose the sheet, associate notes with the sheet, and print it out in a common format/style.

Bonus points if the software contains songwriting tools like a rhyming dictionary, lyric revision management, etc. That said, I'm primarily looking for lead sheet management. It would also be a bonus if there was an ipad app that could access/import an existing library, but this isn't something that I want to mange "on the ipad."

I've seen some tools like ChartTrax: http://www.charttrax.com/features.htm, but these tools seem clunky to say the least. I also don't need more complex sheet music features. I'm looking for something that allows me to very quickly create, store, find, transpose, view,import, and print rock/pop/folk lead sheets and I'm looking for user experiences.
