Acousticsamples 'The Upright' Harmonics not being triggered?

Hi, Does anyone out there know why my Roland GK (into old Roland GI10 interface) doesn't trigger the harmonics? it triggers the blue percussive notes below the low E, but none of the pink harmonics at the top of the range (I have tried moving controller range up and down an octave) I would be really grateful if anyone can shed any light on this.
