I recently bought the vault for UVI from here and it's been almost a week and still nothing . I contacted support I contacted ilok and they act like the can't reply to anyone

. I'm so frustrated. UVI customer service is by far the worst customer ever. Has anyone else been through a license transfer from UVI & ilok? .

I didn't think UVI allowed them?

They do but they require approval from the publisher (UVI) in this case.. it's a simple transfer and yet this is dragging out .
