How to make Hoover sound

Wiki: "The Hoover is a complex waveform that can be created with three oscillators, each spaced an octave apart, a heavy use of pulse-width modulation and a thick chorus effect."
But i never heard a authentic hoover on plugins, except on this one:

At least 2 detuned saw oscillators with modulated pitch. Negative envelope with short attack and long release, so that pitch first falls, then rises. If possible, have different envelope amount on each osc. Low pass filter with medium settings.
