I'm guessing this can now be accomplished with TVEC 3?

Well, the volume can be controlled by the mod wheel in TVEC 3 as far as I can see,
but what about tone changes in brass instruments on a note by note basis?

These are the ones I use that emulate the change in tone created by more breath being pushed through the instrument. They're very expressive instruments.

Solved. It's one of the tvec 3 buttons. Something about dynamics. But all is good now.
