IMHO, this is a good song let down by the arrangement. The chorus background riff is kind of monotonous. Starting off with the children's song sample doesn't work for me. (I realize you reference the song in the lyrics.) If lawyers got involved, you would have to pay royalties for even that small quote of Bowie's "Changes."

Having said that, the basic melody and lyrics are solid. Overall, a mild thumbs up.
