Guys, just a quick cross-post so users who don't visit our forum knows about this great new release! We just uploaded the initial Wusik 8000 V1.0.0 Beta Files for users who purchases it. So far some great new features, pay special attention to the new Custom Filter module that uses a simple script system that allows users to create custom filters!

Took me a minute to figure out where to get the file, but I managed to find the E-mail about my order, clicked on the link, and in the folder for Wusik 8000 Pre Order, there it isWilliamK wrote:We just uploaded the initial Wusik 8000 V1.0.0 Beta Files for users who purchases it
Another thing, you should maybe update the profile for Wusik 8000, a new picture would also be good as the GUI has changed a bit: http://www.kvraudio.com/product/wusik-8 ... ik/details

Installation went fine, and had no problem loading either the 32 or 64 bit plug in FL Studio.
But first problem I encounter is that midi learn acts weird. For example I "learn" Fine Tune in the Master section, but when I change to another patch like 8BITOne (by AbstractCats), the learned knob more or less stops responding, just slowly turning in one direction. At the same time there is a glitch in the sound output.

Got it, I will check this out soon. Did you use the Global Midi Learn or the Preset Midi Learn?

In FL Studio, there is a function that is called "Last tweaked"WilliamK wrote:Got it, I will check this out soon. Did you use the Global Midi Learn or the Preset Midi Learn?
So I twist the function I want to learn in the Wusik GUI, and also the knob I want to learn it to on my controller, and then press "Last tweaked" in the FL Studio menu, and then these are learnt to each other.

Hummm, not sure it this will work, since Wusik 8000 is modular, meaning, a parameter that is now #24 on the next preset may not exist or may be #12. It would only work for the Global Master (Layer Global) parameters, and nothing else, sorry. But you can use the internal Midi-Learn method, it will always work.

OK, I will deal with it
Another thing. "The patch has changed, do you want to save it" - Is it possible to remove that warning, when changing to another patch

Sure thing, click the W logo, there's an option to disable it.
Also, for those who got Wusik 8000 and don't have Wusik 4000, I will fix the link to display the Wusik 4000 sound library along the other files...

Yep, found that tooWilliamK wrote:Sure thing, click the W logo, there's an option to disable it.
I then also changed the skin to VK - Avatar, very nice
And also cool that one can zoom the modules within the GUI, 80% is best for my screen

BTW: I already noticed that the installer still shows Wusik 4000 on the program title (bar). I will change that for the next beta...
