erm, no. ipadian is just a front-end UI that looks like iOS. Its a simulation, not an emulation.T-CM11 wrote:http://www.xpadian.com/

The word is 'not gonna happen, ever'. Might as well ask 'what's the word on turning a dog into a cat'.mztk wrote:what's the word on IOS for PC?
iOS devices use a different processor family from PCs, so it'd require a hardware emulation, which is hardly trivial. Then it'd need some way of running an actual version of iOS, which would pretty much result in Apple nuking anyone who tried it from orbit.

Maybe the OP is happy with that... it's not like he was detailed in his first post.whyterabbyt wrote:erm, no. ipadian is just a front-end UI that looks like iOS. Its a simulation, not an emulation.T-CM11 wrote:http://www.xpadian.com/

No, but it seemed to be an extension of another thread s/he'd been posting in, where s/he seemed to be thinking that it s/he could somehow run iOS applications on a PC.T-CM11 wrote:Maybe the OP is happy with that... it's not like he was detailed in his first post.whyterabbyt wrote:erm, no. ipadian is just a front-end UI that looks like iOS.
