Good e-mail only hosts for multiple e-mail addresses?

So far I've been using hostmonster, powweb, ipage, etc. The past 3 times my renewal has come up I've just moved to a new host as they have great introductory rates like $30/yr or something (and then they jack them up to about $100/yr when it comes time to renewal. I don't really use the domain for anything besides e-mail, so I was hoping there was an alternative for someone who likes to utilize multiple e-mail addresses (Bob1@website.com, Bob2@website.com). They're not used for spamming, of course, but I do like to use a different e-mail for Paypal then I do for Amazon, etc. When searching for e-mail only hosts, I've only been finding one of two kinds of hosts:

1) e-mail only hosts that allow multiple e-mails, but the price is just as expensive as a full-service host..or

2) An affordable e-mail only host that allows MAYBE 3 e-mail addresses, with no option to just pay a higher rate for additional addresses.

Does anyone here use an affordable e-mail only host for multiple e-mail addresses? If so, which one(s) do you use? Is the only way to keep changing hosts? Thanks.
