License Transfers?

As in, how exactly do they work. I recently sold my TAL Bassline-101 to another KVR user and sent an email to Patrick along with my name, email address and the serial number. I cc'd the new buyer as well, and included his name and email address.

We haven't heard anything back in four or five days. Is the new buyer simply supposed to use my old serial number? (I've since uninstalled) or will Patrick disable that # and issue a new one to the transferee? (Which is what I think we both thought would happen as with other companies.)

At any rate, the new buyer can use the old serial in the meantime, but just wondering what the protocol is and how long it usually takes to transfer a TAL license.
