MIDI Plugins that break current notes

I'd like to use a plugin that can break/killer any active note that pass through it, using a simple automatable botton.
I'm trying http://www.thepiz.org/ MIDI plugins, but seems there isn't the right tool here. I can just "ignore" the incoming new notes, but I can't break the ones playing.
Is there a plugin that can stop sent notes when I want? Do you know any?

So you need a midi panic/all notes off message, should be easy to find. I've put that in many of my Synthedit plugins, although as a guitar player the maximum polyphony is always 6, and there's no standalone midi panic plugin, I have no need for that. Here's one to test if you want- https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/347 ... otArms.rar

Tried your plugin, but not sure if this is what I'm looking for. I want that every note that pass through it can be brutally stopped (and this I think is done by your Panic button).
But the incoming one must be ignored, so I break the current one and I ignore the incomings. Do you see what I mean?
Also, did you build it? Or where do you take that plug?
That SEND MIDI OFF to the current notes seems to works. How did you achieve this?

Yes, but I need to apply it before the synth that are playing it. If I send a MIDI CC #123 by my controller, nothing happens. I'm on FL Studio, and I've tried with patcher and padKontrol.cornutt wrote:All Notes Off is really just a MIDI controller message to controller 123. Any DAW should be able to automate that.
