It's a medley, so don't let the first couple minutes fool you.

At first I was like WTF is going on here? Then I remembered... music performance is something you're supposed to sit back and enjoy .

I'm not even a Prince fan, and think he's a bit douchey, but the performance was very good. Chris Rock on the other hand was just not very funny, it was especially bad compared to the great job Jim Carrey did the week before.

While I also like his guitar playing, I find his music creepy. Any male w/sexuality in the music is a no-go for me, as part of the audience is bound to be male, so I don't see the point.

Mmm. Yes. Of course. So much for that whole "internet thing". Why expand your target audience to 3 billion when you can limit it to 300 million? Makes sense. Love it when the really old ways of controlling information flow CONFLICTS WITH THE WAY THE WORLD WORKS.
