Is it time for a KVR Hall of Fame?

As we start a new year it's only natural to reflect. 2014 was a good year for the digital musician but there were losses also, the people behind Hollowsun and HGFortune to name a few. It's my hope that in some way their contributions to the digital music revolution will not be forgotten.
There are the big players also like Stienberg and Native Instruments that have changed the game forever. Their contributions cannot be discounted but they will be well documented.

With that I put up for discussion the possibility of KVR Hall of Fame(for lack of a better term).
(how bout the ViSTa awards?)
It's not about whats best or this over that but more recognition of the people who have had an impact on our journey. As determined by the KVR membership?
Awards for things like, lifetime achievement, who pushed the envelope the past year.

I could put up a long list of developers that feel deserve special acknowledgement but that not the point.

I cant help but think that KVR is the place create and store this type of archive?
