I usually order digital deliveries with AudioDeluxe.com, but this is my first time ordering an actual product that'd be shipped to me in the mail. I chose 2-day shipping. They said it was marked for shipping this past Friday when I e-mailed them and it would be delivered on Tuesday (hopefully that remains true). However, I haven't been e-mailed and nor do I see any type of tracking or shipping information. So far, my further e-mails haven't been responded to.
1. Since it's 2-day shipping, does anyone know if they use FedEx/UPS for that? If it's coming USPS, I can go elsewhere and return later to check my mail. If it's the other option, I need to be here. So far, it's not clear what shipping option was used.
2. Is this the norm for AudioDeluxe to not send shipping information to the customer once they purchase?
Ever get anything shipped to you from AudioDeluxe.com?

I dont know that site but I buy a lot with my Amazon Prime which of course is free 2-day delivery. With an order placed on Friday and a delivery date of Tuesday I would not expect any update until Monday. I find FEDEX to be slower with updates than UPS. However it is important to note that often a shipping label is created hours before the product actually ships so often when you get a message saying it has been shipped it has no tracking yet because it has not even been picked up yet by the shipping company. So often I can only confirm that an item is out for delivery on the day it is due, I have even got emails saying an item has shipped on the same day it arrives. edit: as for what company it will be, well that's even harder to predict...both FEDEX and UPS use smart post which is still delivered by the USPS...so it might say either shipped it and it can still show up with the daily mail.

I finally got e-mailed shipping info this morning. Apparently, it actually shipped...THIS MORNING, not this past Friday. Okay, cool. Hopefully I actually get it Wednesday as my area is supposed to get really bad winter weather starting tonight.
