Version 2.8 is not loading as a VST. I get the message "Please unlock the software by running the standalone version first". It then crashes. Tried reinstalling and tried with a couple of VST hosts (Reaper and FL Minihost). Also tried v2.81. I don't think this was a problem with v2.73 (not sure if I ran it as a VST on this machine) - but I think it was only a problem after upgrading to 2.8. In standalone mode it runs fine.
System is Win7 x64 with all updates on a Core Duo with 6GB Ram.
Any thoughts as I'm really looking forward to getting into RC?
