Wow! That was fast! Thanks Attila. Very honored to be chatting directly with you. I just got this program yesterday and I love it. Very impressed! Also, thank you so much for giving us the option to change the themes!

I was referring to the icon button graphics. I would like to create some custom ones for the metronome, phrases, rhythms, wrench, X symbol etc. I am seeing pixelation in them so I assume they are raster graphics. Ideally I would like to use a vector format, say .svg, but if not I could just make some higher resolution ones that would fit the theme. Maybe, in the interface settings there could be an option for each button so people can chose the image file. (I am not a programmer though. So I have no idea what issues that would cause.)

I realize now that the theme files cannot be edited via text editor, so never mind about that.

Made a lot more progress today.

This theme is far from finished. But, here is where I am so far. Attached, are the theme files for Dark Flat Version 11-24-18. I will continue to work on this and post the updates.

Yes, and I expect that any downloaded .ttf fonts can be used, like Roboto if you like it.

Hi Eric!

the icons in buttons are indeed raster graphics and are quite old. I am using vector graphics in new additions, like the Percussion Generator and the new Strum Pattern Generator have only vector graphics. I love using vector graphics and plan to replace all existing graphics with vector graphics for v4.0. It won't be easy to design some of the RapidComposer-specific icons...

If you can figure out some way to allow us to design our own sprites (and allow us some way of linking RapidComposer to the image files we create), we can design a whole bunch of different options. Maybe some sort of text based theme document? I don't know.

I'll think about this. The UI is scalable so I would not want to use raster graphics in the future, but it would be possible to have a text file with SVGs in it, which would allows anyone to replace any grapics in the program.

I discovered that my piano roll needed a redesign.
Now the black keys are darker.

[The faded colors on the piano roll indicate the following. Red is the chord note. Yellow the root note. Green is the chord note transposed. Blue is the chord root note transposed.]
