Silent way voice controller issue...I think.

I'm using silent way voice controller (vc) in Logic x with ES3.

I've set up silent way and calibrated the vc.

I'm triggering vc using a midi keyboard. (I've used 3 different keyboards to ensure this wasn't a keyboard issue. The problem persists with all keyboards.

For this I have the ES3 pitch going to TiptopZ300 1v/Oct and the sine going out of z3000 into my DAW.

When I play a note on the keyboard the note changes and continues to play until I press another key thus triggering another note and so on. If I don't press another key the note will continue to sound, as one would expect.

BUT, when I reach and press the F1, the note plays but when I release the key instead of the F1 note continuing to play the note jumps back to a C2. This is happening to every note between F1 and F#2, all these notes play then jump back to C2.
The notes after F#2 are all playing as they should.

Why are the notes between F1 and F#2 doing this ?

I have this problem that has only started since I upgraded logic x to 10.1. This may or may not be the issue.

Have you made the aux tracks for Voice Controller outputs 3-6? Or alternatively zeroed them in the Output Matrix?
