Yes, that is right, unlike any other cable obeying the laws of physics, these only allow traffic in one direction.

According to EU Statute 432-1912-12349-B subsection II-129, Trafficking in One Direction is an offence punishable by a fine of 100,000EUR and up to 17 imprisonment years in Wigan.
