You Tube Audio Library - is it just for video?

You Tube offer a library of music tracks 'available to download and use royalty-free'. However their terms and conditions 'suggest' that these could be used for non-video work too:

'Your use of this music library (including the music files in this library) is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Music from this library is intended solely for use by you in videos and other content that you create. You may use music files from this library in videos that you monetize on YouTube.' (C) You Tube

Note it states 'and other content'. Do you think this means that the tracks could be used in podcasts and radio ads too? I have emailed You Tube to ask but heard nothing.
