Hi there,
The answer to this is probably pretty obvious, but wondering is there a way of including two inputs into the ipad? i.e. the audio interface AND a midi controller, in this case a UR44 and Qunexus.
First thought was: buying the midi out box thingy for the qunexus and plugging it into ur44, but it probably wouldn't get any power.
Thought two was, some kind of powered usb hub where the two of them went into it, and out int the ipad. Dunno if anything like this exists though. It would only be powering the qunexus however, as the ur44 isn't bus powered.
Or do I just have to lump it and have one plugged in at a time and *shock* use the internal virtual keyboard of the DAW? Main downer is not being able to play back the sound from the ipad into my monitors.
Anyone have a solution?

I use a Roland Duo Capture Ex. Runs on batteries. Great sound.

Yes, a powered hub will allow you to use 1 audio interface and multiple USB control surfaces or keyboards.
