Tool to convert .94b or .tts files to WAV or anything else?

Guys, I got some old samples that I created into an old format. 94b for the Dream chips, I can also convert to .tts - the Terratec EWS64 card. But I can't find a way to convert either formats to WAV or anything else. There was a program called SampleLink from Synaptic, but I can't find theyre site anymore, nor any full version of the program.
Any help is sure apreciated.

Hummm, it doesn't work, it asks for TTI files, and I only got TTS files. I tried Ed!son, but I would need a EWS Sound-Card, and I don't have one anymore.

Wait, I was able to load the 94b files as RAW waveforms. I just need to reloop the files.
