Any android synths that can transfer patches onto PC?

I know of Heat, and it's good. But I'm looking for something that isn't reliant on my Android device being on to use. Basically I would like to be able to program patches on the go and then load them into a PC later on for use in a vst. I doubt there's anything like this other than Heat but it's worth a shot.
