Camel Audio IOS app no longer accesses purchased libraries.

When Camel Audio closed operations and stopped selling their products, they said to backup your libraries...
and....they closed down their KVR Forum the next day.

Unfortunately they left a bug in their IOS Alchemy Mobile app.
Previously the mobile Alchemy app would download mobile versions of any full desktop Alchemy libraries which you had purchased.
Since the January 7 announcement the IOS app has broken the purchased library download capability.
I purchased a new iPad Mini and when I tried to restore the Alchemy mobile libraries, the app only lets me have access to the standard library, and tells me that I have no purchases to restore.

I sent a Tech Support issue question to Camel Audio Support and received this message back on February 16th:

"We're really sorry you've had some trouble with this - we are aware of the problem you describe with restoring in-app purchases in Alchemy Mobile not being possible at the moment and we are currently working on fixing it as soon as we possibly can.
Once we've updated the app to fix this, you'll be able to download the sound libraries again.
We apologize for any inconvenience in the meantime - we're working on getting it done as quickly as we can."

No updated information since then.
Has anyone encountered that same problem ?
Anyone received any update news that will fix the IOS library synching problem ???

Yes, it is in the works.

It's fixed now. Try downloading them again. Also, here's a link to instructions about backing them up:

This is not fixed by Camel Audio.
Some user-jury-rigging is not the same thing.

And....if you hadn't backed up your libraries from an iPhone/iPad>>>> screwed.
THANKS Camel Audio.

Now May..... no fix.......
They have my money..... I have no products.......
