ESX-8MD with Allen & Heath Zed R16?

Hey guys,

i wanna sync all my Midi Synths and Drum Machines. Today i wanna buy a modular rack so the ESX-8MD is the way to go. im using a Allen & Heath mixing desk but i don´t know which module i also need. Atm i don´t buy any other modules for the rack but i will in the future. How should i connect the ESX-8MD to the A+H R16 (2xAdat).

If you have ADAT and no SPDIF then you need an ES-3 and an ES-5.

Or there's the USAMO.

I have a 2nd Audio Interface with SPDIF but but i can only use one in Ableton Live.
I read about the USAMO but i need more than 1 output. Or is it possible to multiply it?

You can just use multiple USAMOs. Or if you're distributing clock, a MIDI thru chain would be OK.
