I was surprised to see there's a whole bunch suddenly. I'm trying to procure a compatible USB interface, but now that we have low latency USB audio on android some of these might be usable practice tools.

Has anybody tried these?

Who has low latency Android?

You mean low latency exists on Android?

Well, apparently it does if you are on Samsung.....maybe.

...or if Samsung Pro Audio support isn't enough and devs/manufacturers don't want to wait and take matters into their own hands and offload the DSP to the interface: http://www.irigua.com

Just another option ;)

It should be there via USB OTG, no?

Hello wasi,

I am Harun from Deplike Software, the creator of Andrig. As you mentioned, there is an obvious problem about latency as Android OS controls the jack I/O. Google said that Lollipop will handle this latency issue more efficiently but apparently it still needs more time to get a real-time experience with jack I/O.

Instead of waiting for Google to develop things, we added USB audio support. It is available as beta just for now but if you have a USB audio interface - especially Behringer UCG102 as we developed the support based on this device - you can get a real-time and high quality Andrig experience.

If you have any questions, I will be glad to help you.

Now it's looking interesting :)

Wow, Behringer UCG102 can be had for around £8 inc. P&P on ebay!

How is this interface in general?
