it would be useful to have a simple footswitch input ... for both mic enable and loop I/II,
in fact ... for recording audio from mic input - when playing an instrument/guitar for example.
could this be done more simply on a TRS 'closed' minijack? (no chip progging etc.)
so that the footswitch overrides mic button?
how could the same be done for loop I+II buttons?
(>taking it further, would this then allow these to be operated by gate signals?)
