Electric Ghosts for Razor

Native Instruments Razor is one of the most powerful synths available for REAKTOR 5.

This groundbreaking additive synthesizer has a sound all its own.

Razors sound is constructed from 320 partials – single sine waves running parallel, over time, the amplitude and frequency evolve, resulting in a very defined sound.

All aspects of Razors sound including the filters, stereo imaging, reverbs, delays, FX, are created by manipulating these partials. This gives RAZOR a very high-resolution sound, suitable for all kinds of musical styles.

In Electric Ghosts, we focused on using Razor's HD sound capabilities to make some very stunning presets.

OK just going through these now, it would be useful if they had macros programmed (especially for NI Maschine/Komplete users)

Also to import these patches into Maschine and/or Komplete it is necessary to add an 'instrument' metatag to each snapshot/preset. Otherwise both these apps will ignore them.

Electronic Ghosts contains all kinds of sounds, Pads, Atmospheres, Keys, etc..
BUT it also contains some very cool Drums and Percussion not available any place else.

Great for Electronic, Ambient, Film/Cinematic and all styles of music.

Timpani
Hand Drums

The drums were both hand played and triggered from a drum controller.

very nice, bought this based on my having liked other VSP presets - each sound brings new surprises. I like that many of these make good use of the additive nature of Razor with modulations that aren't possible in a straight subtractive synth, and still sound musical and usable in tracks
