I have just recently downloaded TX16Wx and i think it's pretty good. I use a keyboard as my midi controller, but i want to use my alesis samplepad as controller. How to i change it so it's the sample pad that triggers the sounds?

What DAW are you using TX16Wx in?
It should have a MIDI Settings section that lets you choose which controller(s) will trigger the plugin.

I'm using Reaper as my DAW and i can use my samplepad as controller for any other plugin, but when i'm using TX16Wx it won't play any sound, and i can't see any of the keys showing that a midi signal comes through. The midi activity indicator also shows nothing when i use my sample pad, but when i use my keyboards it works. I have tried to go to the setup under "midi/external controls" but i don't quite get it.

Sounds like a setting unique to that plugin.
