So can we use this on Windows 10 yet? - officially, I mean, before anyone points out that we can already.
I believe every thread should devolve into character attacks and witch-burning. It really helps the discussion.

Nice update. I already on Windows10 btw. and it solved my old midi problem on Windows 7 (when cubase was loaded the first time after booting on Win7, my midi devices where not recognized). Asio Performance seems to be better , one project on Win7 had 80% Asio, now 60 % on Windows10. I will look after the other projects . But until now... no severe problems.

Windows rep at the "other" site said they're working on another issue and Steinberg won't officially support it 'til that's resolved. Also stated that it could be in a Windows or Steiny update or both. Wasn't more specific than that.
Now if I only could get my soft elicenser issue resolved. Lost authorization when I updated to 10 on my office computer. Not gonna do the main DAW yet.

That rep also stated that this issue could affect all DAW's - and went on to praise Steinberg for their "diligence" on the issue. It's weird witnessing Microsoft being reasonable.

Have you disabled all plugins and tested too? I wonder if it is a plugin causing your crash on exit or Cubase itself?ZentralmassivSound wrote:Crash on exit bug and window focus issue still there on my machine (Win7 64 bit) Disappointed with this update
