Hey everyone,
Black Rooster Audio is going to release several new plugins this year and therefore we are in need of some beta testers to cover our list of supported systems. We take plugin testing very seriously - our standards are high as we want to satisfy each and every customer with great usability and functionality at the same time. Our team is working hard on developing top quality software that fits the needs of musicians and audio professionals.
If you are willing to help push our small company, if you want to be part of our team and get some stuff for free, if you are experienced with audio plugins and passionate about music production - we would love to get in touch.
Please apply via mail: betalist (at) blackroosteraudio.com (with some info about you, your experience and your setup, if possible).
Please visit us: http://blackroosteraudio.com
Thank you!
André

i have no idea what this was about, but I sent these guys a detailed emails same day as this topic, with a detailed resume on who i have successfully tested for, and a full detail of the computer configurations and various DAW's i have at my disposable. Never received so much as a simple acknowledgement.
I wouldn't bother as they are obviously very rude so just letting you guys know.

I know this seems unlikely,but....when I tried to get a DL link for the Canary I gave them my hotmail.com address, and never heard from them..on a whim I submitted my gmail.com address and poof instant response. I don't know if you use hotmail but.....

Went through the hotmail issue myself over the freebie ''canary''. Wrote in and they were helpful. They set me up manually. However, I couldn't authorize the free plugin. Probably because of the hotmail issue. Then I had a canary.
I'm sure they'd have sorted me out if I had pursued it but I couldn't be bothered at that stage.

i used my isp email not hotmail.
I still have the email here.
If you are asking for testers you need to check your junk folder anyway.. and i made the subject very clear that it was about beta testing.
obviously they are just picking with no clue what they are doing. If my testing resume and hardware and daw's didn't impress them (as well as tons of time to do so since i am not working), then they can't actually be reading the emails. It must be random.
A no thanks would have sufficed though, as that's common courtesy.
that said there's three so far in this topic who didn't get a reply, including the OP themselves seemingly disappearing, and only one who got a reply.

They seems not very communicative. So if you're on a Mac and have an installation problem.
Canary was not seen by Live or Cubase on my Mac. I fixed it myself.
Go to you application folder, open the Black Rooster Audio folder.
You will find 2 folders, Canary and Plug-Ins.
Make them Read and Write for everyone, fixed.
Hope that help.

ok then obviously my email went to their junk or they specifically didn't want me as a tester. Whatever.
Enjoy the plugins!
