Activation woes ... AGAIN!

I swear I have fixed this issue a dozen or more times already and it just won't stay fixed! If I load an older project that uses Expert Sleepers plugins I get the dreaded " This plugin has not been activated". I can't tell which one is causing it because the message gives no information in this regard and Live 9 crashes before I can load the session. I have the latest versions of all plugins and the latest license manager and they are all tagged as registered. I really wish E.S. would fix this frustrating bug once and for all. PLEASE????? I'll send you some of my famous Apfel Streussel Kuchen!

UPDATE:
The fix no longer appears to work. I followed the instructions on Expert Sleepers site to no avail. I then went to Esellerate's website for more answers, however, I can not decrypt their instructions on what to do next. Has anyone else here had this issue and resolved it? If the method used differs from what is on Expert Sleepers site I would very much appreciate some help with resolving this issue.

Have you checked for out of date AUs *and* VSTs?

This is happening to me too and driving me crazy.
I (finally) updated Logic 9 to Logic X, and updated to El Capitan (and the recent 10.11.1 update).
I've tried everything on the Expert Sleepers site and I still receive the -2003 error. Oddly, I also have Meringue which authenticates fine.
I've spent so much time updating all this stuff and a plug-in I absolutely need for the type of music I do doesn't work!
If someone could point me to other threads where this has been talked about (and ideally where some people have solved the problem) it would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have the latest version of Meringue?

No, it looks like I'm still on 2.1.0.
Does that imply an older version of Augustus Loop might not have this problem?
I had this problem about 6 months ago in Logic 9 and finally got it working but my update to either Logic X or El Capitan seems to have nullified the fix.

You need all the old versions, or all the new ones. A mix won't work.

I just downloaded the latest version of Meringue and now it won't authenticate again.
For Augustus Loop, is there a way to get a version before 2.4.4 but more recent than 2.1.2?

Do you have the latest Licence Manager?
Please read: http://expert-sleepers.co.uk/index_file ... -feb15.php
Most old versions are still on the server. Just copy the download link and edit in the version number you want.

Yes, I have the latest version of License Manager. In License Manager, both plug-ins show as valid and activated. The issue is when I open up Logic and try to use them they show as not activated and the -2003 error occurs.
I just s spent 30 more minutes on all the steps outlined on the License Manager and here is what I found. I deleted everything in the Frameworks folder again and the eSellerate folder (may have re-appeared when I updated my OS). Augustus Loop activated, Meringue did not so the -2003 error occurred. I figured this was because I was still on 2.1.0 of Meringue, so I downloaded the update and tried again.
Once Meringue 2.1.2 was installed, Augustus Loop once again would not activate, nor would Meringue. Getting fed up, I simply moved the Meringue component to the trash, and now Augustus Loop validates and works fine.
Not the ideal solution, but at least Augustus Loop is working. I'm sure people without Meringue have had this issue, but I am wondering how in my case it seemed to trigger the -2003 error.

I have all the latest versions. I always update everything when I update 1 thing. Things work fine for me if I start a new session. Its older sessions that I made late last year that give me issues. Whatever fix was made in the newer versions doesn't seem to affect older projects. The frustrating part is that Live crashes, so I have no idea which of the Expert Sleeper plugins is causing the issue. I have Warbler, oomingmak, Spectral Conquest and Silent way.
Thanks for all the comments and help. Unfortunately the recommendations are things I have already tried.

Its mac, OSX 10.10.5 and I think I finally fixed it. I uninstalled all of my ES plugins, deleted all the files listed in the Activation Fix on ES site and looked for anything related to ES in both Library and Application folders. Rebooted and reinstalled everything. It seems to be working now. I just hope it stays this way.
