EDM and POP songs for sale needed.

Hey, guys

I am looking for the EDM, trance, dance, pop, or dubstep songs for my 12 years old son (vocalist). I am a producer myself but have no time to write. I need songs with good clear stand- out drum track with fills, verse and course structure. If you have lyrics, it is a plus. It does not have to be fully mixed and mastered, but has to be near complete, in multitrack wav format or Sonar bundle format. It will be copyrighted as "work for hire".
