Just wanted to mention how good the support is over at Arturia. I was having an issue registering one of my instruments.I got the Beat Step and Mini Lab. Had no trouble registering the Beat step, but kept getting errors with the Minilab registration. Rebbeca contacted me quickly, and was followed up by Amine,and got me up and running. They were great. Thanks so much! By the way, I have to also say,dang...the Mini lab, and Analog lab software are amazing. I could never hope to own most of those instruments let alone all that are available lol. Awesome stuff. :wink:

i beg to differ! still waiting for a reply (10 days since my request) over here. their products are like their support: an epic failure!!!

Same issue here. Arturia support is non-existent. I opened a ticket on 11/24 and never received a reply. I opened a topic on Arturia's forum on KVR, was asked to provide a ticket number, provided it and received zero follow-up.

I opened 3 tickets related with sales, license transfer, all answered fast.

I opened a single with a simple question: if ARP 2600 will support duophony in the near future. Closed without any explanation. (Maybe it already supports duophony and I couldn't find, just using it for a few days).

even small companies should be able to provide a first contact within 10 days...

luckily i got refunded and do not have to worry about your support woes any longer!!!
