I emailed quintosardo@yahoo.it on 23 Nov and again on 1 Dec, and then posted in the SKNote forum, but have still had no response. All I want is to be able to download my plugins, Presence and Cuttertone, but altho' they appear in my user area, the download button brings up a 404. I have been mailing Quinto since I upgraded to a 64bit system in April trying to get the 64 bit versions ...

Am starting to wonder if Quinto is alright ... has anyone heard anything?

I just got an email from him today in response to an email I sent to him yesterday, helping me to get access to my SKNote account (different issue than yours).

I bought stripbus 2nd hand no response to mine nor sellers email.

Could be that he is swamped right now. Either that or he is not getting your emails somehow.

That's why I posted in the "send me an email" thread in SKnote forum. He hasn't responded there either. Hence this thread ...

I wonder if someone (preferably a SKNote customer) would be so kind as to contact Quinto and point out this thread to him. I have emailed him again and again, and left messages in his forum, but nothing happens.

E-mailed him on Wednesday about PolyJam, and got it added to my account the day after

Sorry thecontrolcentre, a wrong management of the release with Track Spark that I decided to help transformed my email in a mess.
I had to start managing issues without answering directly.
Now I'm dealing with missing files, including your missing ones, as they need me to restore your links.

Also one license transfer.
