What is this?

To my surprise, I found this in my Native Instruments Service Center:

- as far as I know the Mini v2 is an Arturia product. I have a valid license for Mini V2 and installed but why this entry in NI Service Center? Is this a sign that Arturia is takeover by NI?

Maybe it's related to the fact that Arturia's products are compatible with NI keyboards (Native Kontrol Standard "NKS")
